This guide shows you how to set up the webagent on your website. If this seems complicated we can easily do it for you, and set it on your website for free. Or maybe one of our youtube videos might help.
-Fill in the name of the chatagent
-Fill in the first sentence the agent has to say, It's advisable to end it with a question to make it more conversational
-In the prompt you usually want to a follow up question to keep the conversation going
-Then you add all the information of the business you want the AI to reference(in the future it can also be done with a knowledge base)
- It is good to put the name of the AI also in the prompt and the unique way you want the AI to speak.
- For 7 Anima we added:
- You can only call UK and Dutch phone numbers, you can use the voice widget in other countries though, but you have to skip the testing step
-Make sure that under phone number, do not add a plus sign, and the country code, and 'Called' should exactly read: 'No', it will turn to 'Yes' once you called
- Many website builders have an option to add code before the </body> tag. </body> means the end of the code of the normal website, the normal website would be loaded first before anything happens.
-The screenshot shows how it looks like using the website builder Webflow.
